Kingfisher

A day off today so I took the car out to get used to it and drove to Lackford Lakes.  

I was lucky this time to see some kingfishers.  Not really enough time to practice my settings etc before they were gone, (most were blurry) and I was certainly not as dedicated as some of the photographers who had been there for hours.  There was quite a feeling of camaraderie in the hide though with patient observation and then frantic camera clicking when a kingfisher appeared.
