Sophie Goes On A Bug Hunt

We've had our normal fun Wednesday with Sophie. She suddenly seems to have gained confidence at Rhyme Time at last, singing with gusto and doing all the actions.

This afternoon we took her down to the park on her bike where she spotted a ladybird on this piece of apparatus in the playground. She'd just been looking underneath to see where it had gone.

What with collecting frogspawn at Forest School at nursery on Monday, then finding a caterpillar on Tuesday which she claimed was sleeping and needed to be put in a jar with a nest of leaves, she's been quite the young naturalist this week.
