Signs

Psalm 105
35 And did eat up all the herbs in their land, and devoured the fruit of their ground.

We are inundated with signs every day yet I failed to take a photo of any. I did consider taking a photo of the sign outside the music house which is resolutely ignored by boys as they come and go: it reads “no running”. Then I re-read the psalm passage, which is recalling the plagues God sent on Egypt. I hadn’t read the plants as herbs before and thought about the tasty cups cous with diverse herbs I’d just eaten for dinner. Hence the rather naff photo of some herbs in a jug!!
