One cool March eve a thought entered my mind: why not strive for a little taste of home. A thought which was to become riddled with political intrigue and collusion of the highest level. A thought which could change the tide of an entire industry in the global arena. What was this thought I hear you ask. Well, it was less a thought now but a consideration, whether to purchase sausages for a Saturday morning or simply to leave it. It turns out, that Foshan and the surrounding district is riddled with an infestation, a pandemic if you will, a piggy pandemic of sausage afflicting proportions. To cut a long story short, there is a pork import ban in Foshan right now which meant no sausages for the coming Saturday. T’was but a pipe dream.
