Off to an adventure!

Tomorrow I should be in the Land of the Rising Sun. I have been keen to go for years. For many reasons, it didn’t happen - SparseRunner was not interested, lack of cash, girls too young, etc.. Then SparseRunner had the chance to go for work - the timing could not have been worse since he left the day I was discharged from hospital. It meant that I had to organise a group of friends to take turns taking me to the outpatient on the other side of the city for my daily antibiotic drip, K had to run the house etc... So when he was asked to go back, he paid for me to go too. In the end , I am going before him and will stay and extra week. I am pretty excited!
