International Convention Centre, Sydney
Another morning run. Had to be a bite earlier than yesterday as the first session began at 0800. This photo of the ICC (with flash) works much better than taking it without the flash. I was more than a couple of hundred metres away, so the flash merely produced a photo of greater crispness, and less light. I like it better than the no flash photo, and apart from very minor straightening, this is as is out of camera.
As today is the autumn equinox (at 0828 Sydney time), I had wanted a sunrise. Too much cloud and buy the time of the actual sunrise, it was once more raining.
That has stopped by this evening. Lunch with S and Tsuken was a welcome relief from frustrating presenters at the conference. Too many words without actual information meant that some presenters lost their message (assuming they had one. One, I believe, was more interested in presenting self importance.
Nevertheless, overall the content has been thought provoking, and there are things that can be used to improve the quality of care in our system in Auckland.
