Souk couisine

Today we had a cooking course with Souk cuisine. It is as a great day, starting off in the market buying ingredients, including chicken - freshly killed while we waited, fragrant spices, vegetables and breads.
Then off to an old riad where we cooked a variety of Morokkan food, including this dish of sardines which we took a cross the road to be baked in the neighbourhood bakery oven.
Then ending in a feast!
