Surprise Shapes and Patterns: Abstract Thursday

Many of my favourite natural abstracts are those that are formed by sunlight and shadows.  I saw this one in my home this morning when the sun was shining and creating great shapes and patterns on different wooden surfaces. I love the richness of the colours as well as all the lines creating shapes.  I chose the angle that I took this photo from to create the effect I wanted.
