Awaiting Crew

Thank you all for your birthday wishes yesterday. 

We were back in Skipton today for Tony to collect his running specs and for me to have my knee wrangled.  The good news is that it is improving so, after lunch, I did a few circuits of Coppice Pond and added in a downhill back to the village too in my new road shoes.  Fingers crossed the knee will hold up!

My blip is of the parking canal for the Pennine Cruisers in the Skipton Canal Basin.  They look more than ready for the new holiday season.
