I tried

Honest I did and faithfully followed the recipe for the pastry given to me by a fellow blipper. Had a jam explosion on one or two but now we wait for them to cool down before the taste test.

They look and smell like tarts that my mum used to make and also my daughter who inherited this abilty but they both live too far away for me to get pies on a regular basis.
