The colour of Spring

Views differ as to the precise first day of Spring. Some say it is 20 March. I reckon it is today, 21 March. Today happens to be my daughter Rachel’s birthday and it snowed the day she was born. I think of yellow as the colour of spring - mainly because of gorse and daffodils.
