Todays challenge for The instagram meet the maker topic was a top tip, so thought I’d share it here incase anyone else needed a lot of inexpensive hat stands! Take some charity shop candlesticks or cotton spindles, half polystyrene balls, stretch velvet and hey presto, light and cheap hat stands! I used these to exhibit my hats at an exhibition in Basel, but I think I might just use them in my ‘studio’
