Teasels

Osteopath this morning no relief yet, had lunch at M/S fishmonger sandwich the bread was horrible , we then walked over to Heavenly Deserts and had a lovely waffle between us with a coffee decaf for me normal for D,  blipped the teasel on our walk after.
