Drill Riggers Day at the Capitol

I didn't find out why four water drill rigs were parked in front of the Capitol, raising their drill rigs at 8:00 in the morning, but I bet there is a bill that threatens their livelihood up for hearing.  It is nice that you can do drive up lobbying in Oregon.
