Water cannons

The pollution in Chiang Mai is still causing problems.   In an effort to relieve the situation these water tankers fill up from the moat and spray water in to the air randomly throughout the day.  We did see some people walking by Tha Pae gate get wet as water came cascading over the wall.  It is still very warm despite the haze.  Face masks continue to be worn.  I have avoided going out for the past few days as I have developed a slight cough and stingy eyes.  Hubby is sneezing a lot.  Every one is complaing of similar symptoms.   I do worry about the quality of the water being sprayed.  During Songkran we are generally warned to avoid having water drawn from the moat thrown at us.
