Dinner

Sundays - the weekend - my one lazy day. Although I did do a few exams over lunchtime. Then a swim and D came to visit. She's preparing for an exam so she can emigrate to Oz hopefully so I did some exam prep with her. In return, she brought a homemade chicken dish which was carefully prepared based on her (hopefully) future husband's recipe. And lots of cake was brought too.

So sad to hear her partner lost two friends in Friday's shooting in Christchurch. I had a feeling I'd know someone involved. Such a tragedy for so many, on so many levels. 

Always a pleasure spending time with her. An amazing and strong woman.
