Chorley Big Wheel

Inspired by Rob's 6000th yesterday we went to Chorley to look for a previously undiscovered "Bolt" - a relatively rare bench mark from the 1840-42 survey. Actually we went looking for two and found one of them. The other may still be there but it is in a location that lacks good access.

Bolts aren't terribly exciting to look at but I'll add a link here later, after I have published some photos elsewhere.

In the meantime there are a couple of others here.
