Sturts Desert Pea........

.........at Kings Park this morning. 

Doyley22 picked me up and we went for a coffee in Kings Park, cameras at the ready, as you do :-)

It was great to walk around some of the gardens even though not much is in flower now being the end of summer.  The bees were busy as, well, bees I guess.

A grevillea hookerana, Caesia silver princess, another tiny eucalypt that has just popped its hat and a cute little banksia. They are my technical terms anyway ...............

It was another sweaty day as cyclone Veronica makes it's way down the coast. I think it will be pretty scary up in the Pilbara right now. The winds have increased down here too.
