The Reading Room

We spend a pleasant hour exploring the neighbourhood this afternoon.  The Reading Room is just across the road from the Train Shed.   

This where Queen Victoria would take a comfort break enroute to Balmoral, for an americano, while her lady-in-waiting uploaded the latest Royal gossip onto her embroidery hoop. 

Anniemay got into the spirit of things by acting as a paparazzi.  About a hundred-odd years too late.
