Wedding days

A rushed morning, as the sailing to Orkney has been brought forward due to 'adverse weather conditions'. Suddenly it's my last morning and there is just too much to do!

Disappointingly there is no time to look round the exhibition of wedding clothes at the Shetland Museum. It includes items from 1769 to 2006 and looks fascinating.

In a spare 5 minutes I popped into the foyer to buy a birthday card and had a quick word with the resident blipper.

The photo is one of several displayed near the entrance. They are images for which the museum has no information. Visitors are invited to add names if they recognise faces, and any other information they may know, either directly onto the paper copy of the photo or in a nearby notebook.
