Chicken surprise

We went to Pizza Express and Mrs Soup ordered a chicken pizza
The pizzas turned up and Mrs Soup said "Is this the chicken pizza?"
Our helpful waiter said "Yes"
So Mrs Soup then said "Where is the chicken?"
The waiter had a very close look at the pizza and said "I'll get you another one"

Chicken surprise: the surprise is - no chicken.
