A special book

I went to pick up a copy of a book which has been written by an English neighbour on the history of the island where we like to spend the winter months.
We set out today to do a specific walk but it just proved too windy so we turned around and drove back down to the coast for a flat easy walk. It was nice and sunny when we returned to our apartment and I managed a record number of birthday swimming lengths.
