I had numerous errands and appointments today.  After I returned home,  some thunderstorms rolled through and so it wasn't until after the rain stopped that I finally stepped out with my camera.  

I know I post these cardinals frequently and some of you must be getting tired of seeing them.  We have 4 cardinal couples that hang out in our back yard every day, so they become an easy blip.  Most of my blips feel like E.B.'s these days anyway as winter is winding down.  Nevertheless, I couldn't resist this fellow nestled in the Nelly Steven's Holly.

 I am very much looking forward to warmer temperatures and a change of scenery next week.
