Sidewalk Tableau

Walking on a rainy morning has its rewards.
I noticed the shiny  "heart LOVE" from a distance.
On closer examination the little characters became visible.
I've been speculating since as to the meaning of the overall image.
Quite possibly a happily blended family of an Extra-terrestrial, a Superhero, and a farm lady with a pet chicken... 
Love is Grand!!!
