Tower Silhouette

I saw this today tucked away in the Borough Market. I've not noticed it before so don't know if was there all summer. It's a long sheet of metal which has silhouettes of well known local buildings cut into it. It was then formed into a circle and put on a base with a crank handle so you can make it rotate.
This section is Tower Bridge and the Hop Exchange, with the market roof behind.

MAYOR OF LONDON
PRESENTS
STREETSCAPE CAROUSEL

Part of Wonder: Incredible Installations
This piece captures a snapshot of London's continually
transforming skyline by creating a physical record of the city.

Designed and maufactured by students at Westminster University:
Chloe Lam Shang Leen, Theodara Mollow & Steve Wilkinson

The Streetscape Carousels are a series of five temporary pavilions located around London for the duration of the Olympic and Paralympic Games 2012. Each Carousel relates uniquely to its area, showcasing its character through a collaged display of its architecture.
Contemporary and historic buildings sit alongside landmarks of local importance, reflecting the city's eclecticism, cultural and physical diversity.
They exist as a physical record of London's continually transforming skyline at the seminal moment of hosting the 2012 Olympic Games; and a reminder that the city itself is an object of fascination.
