Brambling

Out for a much needed spot of fresh air this morning. First, along to see if my Kingfisher was about, he wasn’t it’s breeding season so best to leave them in peace. Off to a different location and spotted this little brambling, had never spotted one before so it was great to get a long clear view. Anyone lucky enough to see the aurora tonight in Scotland? Too cloudy here I reckon.
