Wild Place Project

Went to visit my niece, her kids and an Icelandic friend who is staying with them.  We visited the Wild Place Project, a conservation area, part of Bristol Zoo.  It is great and just about right for young kids. Enough to see and do with loads of interesting facts to read and several small play areas en route.  I learned about a new Baboon I'd never heard of - the Gelada - from the mountains of Ethiopia - very hairy creature!  I love the crane and was pleased with this shot taken through netting.  
The kids had a great day as did I!
