Edna G

The Two Harbors Library hosted a program about the history of the Edna G Tugboat.  The speaker's Great-Grandfather was the captain of the boat in the early 1900's.  He had interesting stories and memorabilia.  Of course, after the program I had to go down and take a photo of the Edna G.  She is on the National Registry of Historic Places and is maintained in Agate Bay of Two Harbors where she has been based since 1896 except for 3 years during WWI.
