Ho

Well the trip to the zoo didn't happen today. We were really gutted as we were meant to be meeting friends there. Unfortunately the car battery decided to die on us, which is rather ironic given we should have got the new car yesterday. We eventually got the car running again but it was too late to make the trip. Susie's folks came over to give us a jump which proved successful only after establishing that you can't access the battery of Lexus Hybrid without a Lexus mechanic (luckily Renault batteries are slightly easier to get at).

We ended up entertaining ourselves in the house for the day which was a nice relaxing change to the usual crammed weekend days. Makes me look forward to the xmas time off even more.
