Moonrise

I waited patiently, with coffee cup in hand, for this photo to materialize. I saw the moon setting while enjoying my morning beverage on the patio. It was mostly dark, so I knew I wouldn't be able to get a good photo until the sun came up. It was touch and go whether the moon would still be in a decent photographic position by the time of the sunrise. Ultimately, I had to climb a few stairs, without coffee cup in hand, to get this photo.
