Allotment

First day of the year on the allotment. Seems I didn't take a before shot so this half way one will have to do. Lots of digging in of green manure, lots of weeding and I was even brave enough to tackle pruning the redcurrant a little.

Jobs for this year will include fixing the bed at the back and replacing the "rubbish catcher" along the fence, as well as building bean and pea structures that can withstand the high winds.
