This is a very neglected metal framed window.  The paint is barely hanging on, there's lots of rust and everything needs a really good clean.  I like that one of the window panes is broken and it contrasts with the black thing covered in sparkles in the left hand corner.  I have no idea what it is or why it's there, it's just one of the many things I wouldn't have noticed before I started Blipping.
