Blast from the Past

Clearing up at Gran's yesterday, Chris Shelly and I came across this box. I shall have to ask Chris which year he went to Tanzania, but it was just as he completed his GCSE's and before starting his A-levels. So probably 14 or 15 years ago. As the label says, one of our fundraising wheezes was to buy (wholesale) and then sell Christmas puddings. I recall that it was pretty successful, so long as we don't deduct the time taken and petrol used in delivering them! I recall that I was an essential part of the delivery team! But it was all worthwhile and he had a great trip including reaching the top of Mount Kilimanjaro. Life changing.
