Spring!

Other half went on Friday to visit university pal in York. So it was just the hound and I till today.

Today the blossom is coming out on the rec. It's been a fabulous day. People have been out enjoying the rec with children or dogs. 

I started a Facebook group to garner support for our rec. Really chuffed by everyone joining, supporting, researching, sharing ideas and adding names to correspondence. In a week the group has grown to 147! 

It's such a lovely space. It's sad and frustrating that developers are out to spoil it for so many. 
Extra blip is the rec today and the building proposed on the rec in the back.

Comments in to developers, now to keep an eye on the process. Fingers crossed we can stop this.
