Compelling antidotes

Back to normal again after Luca's departure. Feeling a bit fragile but life in Alohaland offers some pretty compelling antidotes to emotional wrenches. A walk along the beach, some garden work with Angelo, a brief visit to Angie's, the Y and the swimming pool, and then Jeff's birthday party - a very pleasant gathering of friends.
