Butternut Squash for Lunch
Today’s picture is of one of our Reeves Muntjac, this one is a frequent visitor. Today it was eating its lunch of the peelings from a butternut squash. I always put out vegetable peelings, suitable for deer or rabbits and this one clearly knows where to find them; it even has butternut squash on its nose.
A fairly lazy Sunday, with a roast lunch, an afternoon film and popcorn. I also tidied up the front border by given the shrubs and roses a spring prune.
