Plate again

It has been grey right since it began, like a night that never ends.

A particular conversation today disappointed me more than I would have imagined. Sometimes that gap between our experiences and how we communicate them to others can be necessary. Friends however, would speak without qualifying, without the risk of sounding silly, or being judged. Their expression would be more immediate. When I asked someone a question today, that "correct", noncommittal response left me feeling empty.
