Santa Express

Well today is the day we went on the Santa Express. We didn't tell the kids but when we were in the station looking at the engine on the front he spotted........Santa Express!! A bit of a giveaway!!!

It was a beautiful day today but still no snow!!

The kids were very excited when we arrived at the station and seen the train we were going on. Then Santa appeared on the platform, along with the elves and the reindeer. The excitement was building......then the train journey began and they kept asking "when is Santa coming?".....shortly after he arrived in our wee compartment. The delight on the kids faces was clear.......the only thing was Megan got a wee girl present and not a 10 yr olds present.......bit disappointed in that as she is "borderline" already!!

Anyway they did enjoy the trip and seeing Santa was brilliant for the wee ones.

When we came off the train we went for some lunch before heading home.

We had a 2 yr olds birthday party to go to this evening......wee Johnny was running about like a loon and his face was scarlet and blotchy. I think #may have a wee problem getting them up tomorrow morning for school!!
