My sweet Salem. Still hanging in there! Maybe the vet was just plain old wrong about her diagnosis. But you never know so just take it one day at a time.

Went up to Everett to the bat cave (the factory building) for another meeting in a windowless room. But it was a good meeting - a lot got done. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the parking lot to where I had to go and it was about .5 miles according to my fitbit (each way). I took it slow because my knee is still acting up - the pain is very random, in location and occurrence.

But I can ride my bike - had my husband put air in the tires and I took it for a neighborhood ride, before it started to rain this afternoon. That doesn't seem to hurt my knee at all so I'm lucky - I can still get some exercise while it gets better. It's going to take a few weeks of short rides to get used to the seat (ouch).
