The hollow tree

Ian, Linda and I went for a walk in the Pentland Hills today, to the summits of Capelaw, Allermuir and Caerketton. We watched some children ski down the brand new (and very white) ski slope, and then walked over to Swanston for lunch. Here is a hollow tree very near this village.
