winter mushrooms

went to Palacerigg country park. So glad the weather this month has been pretty kind and was lovely day today (didn't even need gloves). More like autumn day than mid december.


They have a rare breed animal breeding programme here and it's lovely to see all the strange woolley breeds makes a change from the sheep we are used to seeing on the hills
Fed the sheep, goats (they smell like strong feta cheese) and rabbits

Then home for a dinner of lamb chops hmmmm wonder what made me want that for dinner tonight :)
