It's been a while

It's been a little while since I put anything on here.  Here's a picture of Sally.  The light of my life.  She's an amazing little thing.  Two and three quarter years old in this pic.  

She's amazingly smart.  Amazingly funny.  And amazingly imaginative.  Just perfect.  

She crawled at 6 months and one day and took her first steps at 8 months and 20 days.
She's fluent in both Chinese and English way beyond her age and also a little Korean.  She freaks me out with her understanding of the languages too.
She can read about 300 Chinese characters.
She tells stories from books we have read (a million times).
She makes up her own stories with her toys as characters.
She has imaginary conversations on her toy phone with her aunt and her grandpa.
She loves being outside and especially the beach.  She loves animals and traveling. She's been on a few vacations inside China but also been to Australia, Thailand and Vietnam and loved them all.
She is a darling little person too.  If she sees another kids crying, she's always concerned for them and wants to comfort them.
