I have not been feeling great for the last couple of weeks but I have damaged my shoulder so I put it down to that. This morning, on recommendation of my Chiropractor I went to the docs. He told me my shoulder should get better on its own in 3 months or I may need an op if it doesn’t. That was bad enough but he then told me I have got shingles! Not surprising I felt rubbish!
We had a lovely day after that going along the coast first to Lyme Regis then on to Sidmouth where we hadn’t been before (pic). What a beautiful place - we will return!
