Finished the shipping for next week. Insurance worked out - balance between not costing a fortune and enough to start again if it all goes under!

Couple of maintenance issues at our place. Minor. Wobbly balcony post and the fly screen has popped out. Best to highlight these things early especially when we are wanting to ensure we get our deposit back!
