Today's the day ……………………… to birdwatch

This blip is for brother Ron and sister-in-law Mags - because the last time I saw one of these lovely little finches was in their garden.

We were captivated by the siskins and I was bemoaning the fact that we never see them or greenfinches at our feeders these days.  Perhaps they heard me!  Anyhow, today there was a pair of them here tucking into the niger seed - a lovely sight.

And can we please have a greenfinch tomorrow ……………………..?
