Old cottages on Regents Canal

Went up to London to LTS for trousers, so annoying the Guildford shop closed down. 
Afterwards we wandered down the Regents canal towards Camden lock and the market.   It was so crowded on a Tuesday lunch time in March, what must it be like in high season?
