Sun Worshipper

Another gorgeous day with blue skies and sunshine in the low 50's.  This fella was looking for the suet and meal worm cakes I put out and take in daily due to raccoon raids.  He already knows that I am not his friend, so he skidaddled right away after I caught his mugshot.

Mr. Mole has been toiling away at part one of his big drainage project in shorts and a t-shirt.  I picked up fallen branches and started cleaning some beds. 

We've been listening to the "squeaky door" calls of the grackles who are definitely nesting in the tall pines again.
