Beautiful Chaos

Is how the guidebook described the Old Quarter of Hanoi, they were definitely right. The streets are narrow and everyone seems to be selling something and everyone drives a scooter, there are 2 million and counting in Hanoi, whole families travel on them, children even have a nap on them. At first glance there doesn't seem to be any order to it at all, but some how it works.
