Rue Basse Lille

I am lucky - most delegates are in a soulless Hotel by the station but I was too late to get in so I’m in a shabby flat in the Old Town but it’s definitely got its upsides. Lovely old streets and fun shops - now I just need to find some downtime to get to them.
