IDIOT

Well I was distracted this morning the phone went I was running some pot water and my grandson spoke to me
I had the capsule in my hand ready to put in the inhaler
And I swallowed it
What an absolute fool
I phoned the docs they say all should be well 
So fingers crossed nothing happens
And in future when I'm handling my drugs I'll be more careful
